Max Lewinsohn
Chairman since the company's founding in 2008, when MicroPower acquired the thermoelectric platform originally developed by Eneco. A chartered accountant by training, Max became chairman of a public company in his late twenties and has more than thirty-five years of board-level experience across financial services and energy – including prior directorships at States Petroleum, Card Clear, Kar-Tainer International, and Eneco Inc. Principal steward of the technology estate.

Dr. Tom Zirkle
Chief Technology Officer. Over eighteen years in semiconductor R&D with Motorola and Freescale, where Tom led technology development, design, and transfer programmes into foundries worldwide. PhD in III-V semiconductor materials and MS in concentrator solar cell research, both from Arizona State University. Seven patents, thirty-one publications, and Mentor of the Year at the Semiconductor Research Corporation.

Ed Sadjadi
VP, Engineering & Applications. A semiconductor manufacturing and product-development leader with key roles at Advanced Micro Devices and Spansion, and a track record of starting, turning around, and scaling private technology businesses. MBA from Saint Edward's University; undergraduate work at The University of Texas at Austin. Patent holder and a former instructor in the Austin Community College Semiconductor Technology Program.

Tristan Lewinsohn
Involved with MicroPower since the outset. A St Paul's and University of Bristol graduate who trained as an accountant before moving into media – press officer for Eurosport, then executive director of aka.tv. Founding investor in Metail (acquired by TAL, 2019) and in other technology, regenerative medicine, and fitness ventures. Returned to a full-time executive role in 2019 and now leads partner engagement, investor relations, and the strategic re-engagement programme.

Forty years of commercial experience across diversified industries. Founded his first company in 1980 and went on to build the Britannia Group – spanning fashion, construction, metals, and leather – and the London Bridge Group in music and entertainment. In recent years Neville has focused his investment activity on ecological innovation, and was a founding investor in MicroPower.

Maarten Scholten

Maarten Scholten
Two decades at Schlumberger in senior legal, finance, and operational roles – including President of Schlumberger Oilfield Services ECA and Director of M&A – followed by Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Total, leading over 900 lawyers and compliance professionals across more than 100 countries. JD from the University of Amsterdam and MSc in Politics from the Sorbonne. Advises boards across energy, medical, and industrial sectors.

Eddy Swaab

Eddy Swaab
A career financier trained at Neyenrode Business University, Delft, and the University of Amsterdam. Early career at Paribas Valeurs, the World Bank, and Rothschilds in New York, where he was promoted to Partner in 1987. In 1988 he founded his own investment business; more recently his focus has shifted to family-office investments in potentially game-changing technology, MicroPower among them.
